Lets just say...Whitney Reynolds is pretty cool. On October 27, 2019 Her Campus Illinois had a good heart to heart with Whitney Reynolds.

Reynolds is the founder and host of her own TV show: The Whitney Reynolds show, and walked down memory lane with us gals to talk about her college days, career, and overall life.

​

Hearing Whitney talk about her love for journalism from a young age and continuing to pursue her passion to get where she is today was inspiring to hear, especially since I am going to graduate from college soon. Reynolds gave me a huge wave of relief when sharing stories about how she changed her mind about what she thought she wanted to do with her life like 100 times. 

​

Besides the basic college talk, she was also so open about her life right now as a famous Chicago TV show host. She talked a lot about her every day to day life and starting up her TV show as well (yay, girl power). Hearing about the success and drive of women always makes me so hopeful for my future as a female.

Women empowering women is always something I loved. Whitney has shown how life can be unexpected and it's ok to keep exploring your passions, likes and dislikes, and have high goals.
